• Member account and profile details, once you are a member.
• Reservations and visit history.
• Messages you exchange with the house about your visit.
• Payment details, handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store your card numbers.
• If you opt in to text messages, your phone number and your text-message consent.

How we use it

• To operate your membership and reservations.
• To respond to you.
• To send you service emails.
• If you opt in, to send you service texts about your reservations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the house: payment processing, account sign-in, email delivery, text delivery and hosting, and as required by law.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

To access, receive a copy of, or correct your information, email us or use your member account.

We keep your information for as long as needed to operate your membership and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Age

Lovers & Inwood is intended for people 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
